Overall the product is great. Works really well and it's amazing how customized the product was for a 11 year old car. My car now has Android play, Google Maps and more! It was important for me to have a product that worked with my car's original touch screen and internal system. I have a well preserved leather interior for a sports coupe, that last thing I wanted was a separate screen that would topple over on every fast turn or block my view. I need to see every street angle in my sports car. I now have a perfect upgrade to my car's own system. The only challenge is for a novice like me is that it will take some time and reviewing videos online to install this. It's a lot of small steps and challenging wiring. It too me about two weeks and multiple attempts (now I had no car electrical experience -zero- and this was my first time trying to install something into a car, I had never ever taken apart a car dash before, it was a little scary, but I was successful because I took it slow and was very careful). Second, there was feedback with the audio after intalling that was annoying, so I purchased a ground loop isolator online for $10 and that fixed the issue. Easy! I would suggest Carputech advise everyone to get a ground loop isolator if they get feedback. I had to search more videos online to figure out this issue. Overall, great purchase and everyone who is new to car electrical and audio installations could consider just going to a car audio professional if they do not want to take the extra time to learn the process like I did. Very happy overall, amazing how it works on a 10+ year hold sports coupe!

If you have basic knowledge of radio installation then this plug-and-play kit is as easy as it gets. If for some reason you need help, the costumer service is great! Timely replies. I'm about to get another kit for my other vehicle. Highly recommend
