3. Returns & Exchanges Due to Product Issues

Replacement: Product must be returned as instructed; after testing, a brand-new unit will be sent (Carputech covers shipping).

Refund: Full package including all accessories and manuals must be returned in good condition to qualify.
61 days–2 years:
