1) Return for exchange: Customers need to send the product back as requested. After receiving the returned package, we’ll test the product first. Then we’ll send you a brand new unit. We’re responsible for the resend shipping fee.
2) Return for refund: Customers need to send the product back as requested. Please make sure that the returned package is in its original condition, which contains all original items, including products, parts, instructions, and certificates. And to ensure that the packaging is not damaged during transportation. So that we can refund to you.

Installed: If you have installed it, then return for refund is not supported.
Not installed: If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed (not the seller's fault). Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 19% of the total purchase cost. Customers need to send the product back as requested.
