Holy crap. Where has this product been hiding. This is by far the best improvement to my 2018 Q60. Installation was relatively easy thanks to the installation instructions the seller sent. You do need a little tech knowledge to get the initial setup right...but after that...the wireless Apple Car Play and mobile hotspot both work perfectly. It's basically a giant Android tablet for your Q. This seller was great and responded to inquiries promptly. Fits the car perfectly and looks great. I took my car to my local Infiniti dealer and the service staff were stunned. A+++

Just received my Q50 screen. I am very much loving it aside from not receiving wiring diagram with the Head Unit. I did run into some issues with the wiring harness and not plugging in in the correct order however support was great in helping me. I received exceptional support and still am receiving further support with minor setting issues. I am confident in the support and that I will resolve. I have had positive results so far and prompt responses from support every time. I highly recommend this seller and the agent I am dealing with. She has been excellent.
