You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.

Please note: Expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

• All accessories must be included.
  
• Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  
• For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  
• For non-quality related returns, Carputech refunds 81% of the product price.
  
• Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
  
• The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product.

We ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that there are a few locations we cannot deliver to. If your address falls into one of these regions, we will reach out to you directly.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking information.

Please double-check that your delivery address and mobile number are correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

We offer FREE international shipping as standard, with an option for paid expedited express delivery if you need your order faster.

If your delivery location is not secure, please choose your shipping method carefully. Standard free shipping does not require a signature, and packages will be left in a location deemed suitable by the courier.
