Return and Warranty
Please note that returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased from Carputech.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.
Please note: Expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- All accessories must be included.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, Carputech refunds 81% of the product price.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Fast delivery and works great! Install varies by your car and setup. I had to remove the glovebox to fit the box in the dash which added complexity but was worth it. Make sure to keep the usb accessible incase you need to use it in the future! My car did not need to run the aux cord to the input in the armrest. Decide is very quick and works beautifully!
Super runs very well in an F07 NBT, installation requires some fine feeling but absolutely feasible.

Works like a charm definitely would recommend, on f30 with id4 don’t need to run aux cable or mic cable just select aux front on idrive as audio output
