A: Yes. This module is designed for vehicles without OEM CarPlay, and adds full wireless CarPlay & Android Auto support.

A: Yes, we provide versions compatible with both vehicles equipped with factory navigation and those without it.
Q: Which systems are supported?
A: Vehicles with Bosch or Harman infotainment systems, model year 2016–2023.
Q: Do I lose my original system or controls?

Please note that returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased from Carputech.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.
Please note: Expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- All accessories must be included.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, Carputech refunds 81% of the product price.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

This was the perfect update to my Evoque. The inTouch system was basically becoming obsolete. I did research and found Carputech with good reviews on this for similar vehicles. I took the chance. I brought this unit to a local installer that was affiliated with Carputech. I was in and out in less than two hours with everything fully functional with CarPlay! Everything works beautifully and I have the wonderful color screen and all the apps from my iPhone that I need. The important items like navigation, iTunes, messaging is all there and works mostly through the steering wheel controls. Although some do not work but are functional through the touchscreen. I am very happy with this and now even happier with my vehicle than I was before. I paid just over $250 to have this installed and believe me it was worth every penny and more. I paid the Express shipping and had the unit within five business days! Great company.. I recommend them highly along with this particular unit!
