Installation is not difficult, but difficult to do the first time

The product is excellent, only the wires are tight and the monitor is difficult to reassemble.
The touch screen needs to be turned on by yourself. Delivery more than a month.
It works for infiniti 2014. The only working solution i found! Communication with store is good. The only downside is that the module fits very tight under the screen and its hard to fit all the cabels. But so far works good!
Good clarity, all steering wheel and other buttons work and interact correctly. Instalation video was mostly correct. The only issues were one cable in the back of the radio that splices in the new unit isn't the same as the video, and the unit wasn't exactly the same as the one in the video.
The biggest issue was the video cable to the bottom screen isn't long enough. The unit is advised to be placed behind the bottom screen. The unit doesn't go back far enough so it took a lot of "massaging" to make it fit. The cables for the bottom screen have to go around the unit, so the further back the unit is pushed, the shorter the cable gets. A matter of millimeters, but it made it very hard to make it all fit. Recommended though. If the unit could be made smaller, or even round the corners then that would have made a world of difference for instalation. If the cables were long enough and the unit fit properly as the video instructed it would have taken 1.5hrs to install but 4hrs instead
