Return and Warranty
Please note that returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased from Carputech.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.
Please note: Expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- All accessories must be included.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, Carputech refunds 81% of the product price.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
- The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product.
