Please note that returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased from Carputech.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.
Please note: Expedited or express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:

- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For non-quality related returns, Carputech refunds 81% of the product price.

Have just installed this unit into my UK Ford Mondeo 2015, and....I literally couldnt be happier. Everything I needed to do the job was included, works so well and responsive. basically no work needed after wards. Sellers communication couldnt of been better! Even got this now wired into a sub and reversing cam. Im telling all my friends now!
I can confirm that this works in a 2016 Ford Mondeo (UK) without issue. The seller sent across everything required including the USB hub which had a USB A and USB C connection and all the tools needed to fit it. Swapping from Sync 2 to Sync 3 took about 20 minutes.

Sync 2 to Sync3. Upgrade with European maps. Great communication with Carputech Store they answered all my questions me even sourced the smaller 6.5” screen I required installation is a breeze just plug and play. I did have some gps navigation problems initially which required remote programming using forscan but this great company did this remotely and has been fully functional since. 10/10 for this company 👏
