Q: Is CarPlay / Android Auto shown in full screen?
A: Yes — it displays in true full screen on your MBUX screen, not cropped or limited.
Q: Do I need to visit a dealer or code anything?
A: No dealer visit is needed. This system is 100% plug-and-play, and fully reversible.
Q: Will I still be able to use my steering wheel controls and original camera?
A: Absolutely. All OEM functions including reverse camera, mic, parking sensors, and steering wheel buttons are retained.
This module will fit perfectly into your vehicle like if it was equipped with the original Carplay option. The installation of this device is simply carried out while connecting the connectors with those of your vehicle.
Furthermore, we will send you the Carplay module based on your chassis number (VIN) that you provide us. The VIN is the serial number of your vehicle.

Please note that returns and refunds can only be processed for items purchased from Carputech.com.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
If your car model is listed as compatible and the product fails to work with your car, we guarantee a full refund of the product price once the item is returned undamaged and in original condition.
