Love it. I got the part for my 2012 Japanese model GS250. And installed it by myself, it was easy to follow instructions especially with the video link provided. Main control unit got a bit tight after cables are all in, but once all closed, it works like a charm. This is brilliant. Only thing if I connect to cars usb cable for charging while using it, phone’s speaker shifts to docking station from car play, but easy to set it back especially with Siri.

Great product, super customer support with questions I had. The YouTube installation video was fantastic. I installed in all in about 3.5 hours.
My only suggestion would be a clear downloadable operating instructions. I have found it necessary to go to YouTube a couple of times after the installation or send an email directly with operational questions. In both instances my questions were answered, I thought it might be nice to have an online bulletin point operational instructions.

fast delivery and excellent Live support ( same time zone ) from Ms Jessy via whatsapp. ar the start had an anxiety attack during wiring, but Jessy calm my nerves and finally installed all wiring correctly ( with Jessy’s help and instructions via whatsapp ) instructions were clear and precise. during testing after installation, we had slight hiccups, but once again Jessie to our rescue. After 1 week of using, i’m loving Carputech carplay. honestly i wished i had this system since 2012. i can’t live without it now .

Wouldn't know any different that this is not a factory carplay. The email support was fantastic and helped answer all the questions I had during install; we found out we needed a firmware update and that was pretty straight forward with just a usb key. They carplaay boots by the time I am 10-20 seconds from starting my car and the resolution looks great on the 12" screen I have on the lexus GS 2019.
