fast delivery and excellent Live support ( same time zone ) from Ms Jessy via whatsapp. ar the start had an anxiety attack during wiring, but Jessy calm my nerves and finally installed all wiring correctly ( with Jessy’s help and instructions via whatsapp ) instructions were clear and precise. during testing after installation, we had slight hiccups, but once again Jessie to our rescue. After 1 week of using, i’m loving Carputech carplay. honestly i wished i had this system since 2012. i can’t live without it now .

Wouldn't know any different that this is not a factory carplay. The email support was fantastic and helped answer all the questions I had during install; we found out we needed a firmware update and that was pretty straight forward with just a usb key. They carplaay boots by the time I am 10-20 seconds from starting my car and the resolution looks great on the 12" screen I have on the lexus GS 2019.
